The Jury's Still Out


 While I was in New York I went shopping at a 4 story Forever 21.  It was awesome and I was in love with everything.  I have been loving all of the floral pants I have seen on so many cute style blogs right now and I stumbled across these.  I thought they would be not as bold as they are black and white...wow was I wrong.  They are bold xs 10!  In fact the they are called "Bold Floral Denim Skinnies."
If any of you have been around a while on this blog, you probably have noticed that my style is pretty classic.  I really wanted to go out on a limb here with these, but I just feel like my lower half is screaming "look at me," while I am wearing them. And I am also having flash backs of my moms friends in their Hawaiian printed capris that made their lower half look pretty large..

It might be a case of me being somewhat of a fashion wimp.  I am trying to branch out here, but the jury is still out...

  12. I think the floral pants are awesome! If you feel like they're out of your comfort zone, maybe pair them with a cream sweater or a chambray shirt to tone them down.

  21. Everyone needs some bold, trendy pieces in their wardrobe! I think the pants are cool! I just bought a pair of floral pants and when my husband came in he had a disgusted looks on his face and said "WHAT are you wearing?" haha... So maybe the guys don't get the floral pant trend but I think it's cool!

  25. I think they look great and are super classic because of the color palette. I don't think your bottom half looks "heavy" but if you're worried heels will lengthen your legs and might make you a bit happier with the look. Either way, I think it's a great look!
