Covered Buttons

 Josh and I recently watched the movie "Charade," with Audrey Hepburn.  It is "Halloween-ish" in my book because I am somewhat of a wimp.  The ultimate Halloween movie for me however, is "Wait Until Dark" also starring  lovely Audrey and it actually is pretty intense.  Anyway, in this movie Charade, Audrey wears the most incredible wardrobe, all designed by Hubert de Givenchy and all absolutely amazing.
I adore 60s fashion and it is pretty much thanks to Audrey Hepburn and Jackie Kennedy.  So when I saw the covered buttons on this sweater, I was head over heels.
 Every time I wear it I feel a little Audrey, a little Jackie, which always makes for a good day.
 Now all I need is a pill box hat...

    I *love* Charade! And I'm with you on the clothes. The clothes look so tailored and classy!

    I've seen Wait Until Dark -- once. It was waaaay too much for me! haha I had the hardest time with the vulnerability of Audrey's character. It was just -- I can't watch it again. :) :) And you're right -- it's the perfect Halloween movie!
