White Jeans Make Their Debut

I have always heard the "rule" that one should not wear white until after Memorial Day.  The good thing however is that it seems that nowadays the rule books have mostly been thrown out the window and white is everywhere.  Well, I have waited long enough and have no intention to wait until after Memorial Day.  My white jeans are now making their debut. 
And I must say, I liked being such a rebel.  I may try it with other things like wearing socks with sandals...um maybe not.
This necklace has always joined the ranks along with my skinny yellow belt of something I never dreamed could be worn with nearly everything I have and look great (I have another post coming up where I am wearing it as well...I love it!).  It might even make socks and sandals look hot.  I'm betting on it :)

    1. Ha ha, I grew up with Labor day through Memorial day, but it never made sense to me because what about all of the white shoes at Easter. I am sure you are right, I have been waiting way too long to wear white!!
